Definition Of Inert Waste:

Refuge, reject, or residue material that does not undergo biological, chemical, physical, or radiological transformation.
Inert waste includes building (demolition) waste, gravel, sand, and stone but not any biodegradable, hazardous, or green (botanical) material.
