Definition Of Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (msrp):

manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) The price at which a manufacturer suggests its product be sold to retail buyers.
The MSRP may or may not be a realistic appraisal of what consumers are likely to pay. Also called sticker price, suggested retail price.
